I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and loved the hospitality in the past; however, this visit was quite disappointing. The check-in process was frustrating, with no acknowledgment of my membership or any welcome gestures, which felt like a downgrade from my previous experiences. The service left a lot to be desired, especially during meals, and overall, it seemed like the charm of the property has faded. Unfortunately, for the amount spent, the experience did not meet expectations.

My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the room had a musty vibe, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant was delicious and a highlight of the stay. However, the overall experience felt more like a 3-star rather than a 5-star due to the outdated room and lack of attention from the staff.
